Shipping:

We normally add $2 to the cost of postage for each box shipped. Items requiring double-boxing or special handling may be assessed additional charges. Special crating cost to be paid by purchaser. Items are normally shipped USPO or UPS. All items are fully insured for the full purchase price whenever possible.

Guarantee & Return Policy:

We guarantee all items that we sell to be as stated. If we mistakenly misrepresent an item we will refund your purchase price and handling. Shipping charges can not be refunded as per industry standard. If you are not satisfied with an item (because of color discrepancy, size, etc.), we will refund the purchase price less all eBay and credit card fees and a 10% handling charge ($10 minimum). The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs. The item must be returned in the same condition and fully insured. To return an item you must notify us by email the day you receive the item and you must return it within 5 days.

Reserve Policy:

Reserves are confidential until the close of the auction. Normally, our reserve price is no more than 35% above cost.
