Shipping:

We are trying to improve our image and keep our customers satisfied. We no longer have a handling charge added to the postage charge on any of our auctions. We try to keep the cost of postage as close as possible to auctual shipping cost by using the built in ebay postage calculator. This method is not perfect, but will bring the postage charges much closer to the actual cost of shipping the item. Freight items are items that are larger than average or will require double-boxing or special handling. Some items may need to be professionally packed by a local Packing & Ship outlet. Please contact us of freight cost on larger items. Items are normally shipped USPO or UPS. All items are well packaged and should arrive to you safely, and usually include delivery confirmation. Please note that insurance is optional and is to be paid by the buyer if required.

Guarantee & Return Policy:

We guarantee all items that we sell to be as stated. If we mistakenly misrepresent an item we will refund your purchase price plus all shipping costs (Not to exceed original shipping cost, US / Domestic customers only). If you are not satisfied with an item (because of color discrepancy, size, etc.), we will refund the purchase price less shipping charges, again the purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs. The item must be returned in the same condition and fully insured. To return an item you must notify us by email the day you receive the item and you must return it within 5 days.
